Some situations don't need a full therapy plan-

they need a knowledgeable friend who happens to be a children's therapist.

Who 1:1 calls are for

What a session looks like

  • Before the Call

You fill out a short form describing your situation. Stu reads it before your call so you don't have to spend the first 15 minutes catching him up.

  • During the Call

A 45-minute Zoom conversation. You bring the situation — Stu brings questions, perspective, and practical strategies you can try right away.

  • After the Call

A short written summary with the key takeaways and any resources Stu mentioned. You walk away with something to act on, not just talk about.
